Dues

This provides the chapter with money to buy flags, display items for recruiting tables, business cards, and so forth. The ship's funds are maintained by the Purser, who is responsible to the Captain and the crew for the proper accounting of the money. A spreadsheet will be maintained in such a way that any member will have read-only viewing rights.
Meetings
Normally, General Crew meetings are held the first Saturday of the month. As the members of the ship are geographically distant, an online service may be used in conjunction with in-person meetings. (Currently, this is Discord) At least one physical get-together every year should be scheduled. The Command Staff (consisting of the Captain, the First Officer, and the Loyalty Officer) may meet as needed to discuss any business; other crew may attend a Command Staff meeting only if invited.
General Meetings:
General meetings shall be held on a regular basis, at which the general business of the Ship shall be conducted. General meetings shall be structured rather loosely, to enable members to be entertained with such diverse interests as speakers, films, trivia games, auctions and the like. All general members may participate and shall have the right to present points of business for discussion.
Senior Officer Meetings:
The Captain, First Officer, and any other Senior Officers may, from time to time, convene meetings to conduct the Ship’s business and deal with special problems. Attendance to LC meetings is restricted to Senior Officers. General members may request to attend an LC meeting; approval of the request requires the authorization of a majority of the Senior Officers. General members will have limited input to these meetings and may be required to leave for the purpose of dealings with personnel matters.
